Managing Your Orders

Changing or Canceling an Order

Change your mind? No problem! Please get in touch with us within 12 hours of placing your order, providing your order number.

  • Time Window: Requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • If Canceled in Time: We’ll issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
  • If Already Processed: We’ll do our best to assist, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • A photo of the batch number and expiration date (found on the bottom of the bottle).

Refund Processing & Timelines
